PineBridge Investments LLC, through its private funds group, raised $880 million for PineBridge Secondary Opportunity Partners at closing.

The fund offers investor clients exposure to middle-market buyout strategies primarily in the U.S., with additional global exposure. It mainly targets industrial, consumer discretionary, financial and information technology sectors.
